Payment is handled end-to-end by a licensed Indian payment gateway on its own secure screen. We never see or store your UPI PIN or bank details — only whether the payment succeeded.

Don't pay again. Reopen the same gift page in the same browser you paid from — it recognises your payment and finishes the job for you, usually within a few seconds.

If it still doesn't appear, email support@ourmoments.live with the UPI reference or transaction ID from your bank app. We'll find the payment and send your link by hand — we read every one of those.

Only whoever has the link. Your gift lives at a private address with a random code in it. There is no public gallery, no browsable directory, and no profile page — the only way to reach it is to be sent it.

We don't post your gift anywhere, don't sell your data, and the whole thing is deleted after 90 days. Treat the link the way you'd treat a private photo: anyone you forward it to can open it.
